SIZING
Please note that these shoes are listed in US women's sizes. Use the size guide carefully to select the appropriate size. Since each pair is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.
The outsole design varies by size. US women's sizes 5–9 feature a point-like pattern, while US women's sizes 9.5–12 feature a striped pattern.

The branded shoebox is the main packaging for the shoes. Minor scratches or dents to the box may occur during shipping.
Because the shoes are printed on a white base, darker colours in the artwork may allow some of the white base to remain visible. Fine lines and very small details in the artwork may also appear slightly blurred or uneven due to the printing process.
A noticeable adhesive odour may be present when the shoes are first unpacked. This is normal and will dissipate after allowing the shoes to air out for a couple of days.
